What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative care model centered around a lasting, trusting relationship between a patient and their provider. Membership includes unlimited telehealth visits, direct access to your provider by phone/text, functional nutrition support, care for acute and chronic conditions, discounted labs and supplements, and the option for in-home visits (Charlotte Metro area only).

Do you take insurance?
No. We do not accept or bill insurance or other third-party payers. This allows us to focus solely on your care—not insurance company rules or red tape. However, you can still use insurance for labs, medications, scans, and specialty visits.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes, as long as your HSA or FSA card works like a regular credit card, you can enter it as payment. We cannot guarantee coverage, so please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator. If needed, we can provide monthly invoices for reimbursement.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice—no contracts or cancellation fees.

What if I don’t use the services every month?
Even if you don’t need care every month, your membership ensures ongoing access to your provider whenever something does come up—no need to start over or reestablish care.

How long is the waitlist?
Wait times vary depending on demand, but it typically ranges from a few weeks to a few months. Once on the waitlist, you’ll be among the first notified when a spot opens up.
