About the Practice & Membership

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative care model centered around a lasting, trusting relationship between a patient and their provider. Instead of billing insurance, patients pay a flat monthly fee for direct access to comprehensive primary care. This model allows for more time with your provider, greater accessibility, and truly personalized care.

Why Telehealth?
Telehealth allows us to care for you in a way that is both efficient and deeply accessible. Because most people carry their phone wherever they go, your provider is never far away. Whether you’re at home, traveling out of town, or even outside the country, we’re able to stay connected and support you when you need it. Telehealth removes barriers like long waits, commute time, and limited office hours—allowing us to be consistently present in your care. Simply put, if your phone is with you, so are we.

What does the membership include?

Membership includes unlimited telehealth visits, direct access to your provider by phone/text, functional nutrition support, care for acute and chronic conditions, discounted labs and supplements, the option for in-home visits (Charlotte Metro area only) and the option to add Christian Wellness Advising.

Do you take insurance?
No. We do not accept or bill insurance or other third-party payers. This allows us to focus solely on your care—not insurance company rules or red tape. However, you can still use insurance for labs, medications, scans, and specialty visits.

Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes, as long as your HSA or FSA card works like a regular credit card, you can enter it as payment. We cannot guarantee coverage, so please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator. If needed, we can provide monthly invoices for reimbursement.

Can I cancel my membership?
We ask for a 6-month commitment to begin your care journey. After that, you’re welcome to cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice—no cancellation fees.

What if I don’t use the services every month?

That’s perfectly okay. Your membership isn’t about how often you need care—it’s about knowing you have it when you do. You maintain continuous access to your provider without having to reestablish care, wait for appointments, or navigate the system alone. Think of us as your trusted health team, here whenever life or health questions arise.

How long is the waitlist?
Wait times vary depending on demand, but it typically ranges from a few weeks to a few months. Once on the waitlist, you’ll be among the first notified when a spot opens up. Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Telehealth & In-Home Services

What kind of technology do I need for telehealth visits?

What if I need help outside business hours?
