Katie Carsten serves as a Christian Wellness Advisor, offering faith-centered guidance for individuals and families seeking spiritual alignment, healing, and clarity. Katie offers a peaceful space for prayer and reflection, helping align heart, mind, and body with God’s truth through biblical guidance—open to all faith stages. Email Katie: katiecarsten@integrativetelehealthnp.com Christian Wellness Advising Plan — $59/month per person (3-month commitment) Your $59 monthly membership includes one visit per month. If you’d like more than one visit in a month, additional visits are available for $59 each. Includes: -Intake form analysis: helping Katie understand where you are in your faith journey and partnering with you to discern the path God has for your life. -One 60 minute virtual session per month with Katie -Personalized faith-based plan for spiritual growth, emotional healing, and biblical reflection -Unlimited email access for questions, encouragement, and ongoing support Areas of Support Faith-Based Guidance: Christian encouragement, mentoring, and support; biblical perspective on stress, habits, relationships, and lifestyle decisions. Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching: Non-clinical coaching on routines, boundaries, and life balance to strengthen emotional and spiritual well-being. Education & Resources: Curated readings, journaling prompts, and practical tools for prayer, meditation, and mindset work. Family & Relationship Guidance: Biblical insight and prayer support for parenting, marriage, and relational challenges. Disclaimer: ***A 3-month commitment is required per individual. *** Christian Wellness Advising is only available to current patients with an active family DPC membership.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment and Membership Policies Appointment Cancellations: Members can cancel and reschedule their appointments as needed. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all members, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Membership Cancellations: We value your membership and understand that circumstances may change. Members have the freedom to cancel their memberships anytime after the 6 month commitment for family DPC memberships . To help us process your cancellation smoothly, we request a 30-day written notice before your intended cancellation date. This ensures that we can finalize any necessary administrative tasks and provide a seamless transition. Scheduling: As a valued member, you have the advantage of scheduling appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience in planning your healthcare needs. Please note that the latest an appointment can be booked is 24 hours prior to the desired time. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our members efficiently and effectively.
