Our package includes 3 in-home visits covering essential health checks, developmental screenings, and holistic guidance to support your baby's growth and well-being during the crucial early weeks of life. In-Home Visit Qualifications: All visits must be within a 60-minute drive from Huntersville, NC. Visits are dedicated to newborn care, but can also provide support and guidance for the family as a whole. In-Home Visit Process: 1. Purchase your in-home newborn wellness package. 2. Cancellation Policy
Appointment and Membership Policies Appointment Cancellations: Members can cancel and reschedule their appointments as needed. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all members, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Membership Cancellations: We value your membership and understand that circumstances may change. Members have the freedom to cancel their memberships at any time. To help us process your cancellation smoothly, we request a 30-day written notice before your intended cancellation date. This ensures that we can finalize any necessary administrative tasks and provide a seamless transition. Scheduling: As a valued member, you have the advantage of scheduling appointments up to 2 weeks in advance. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience in planning your healthcare needs. Please note that the latest an appointment can be booked is 24 hours prior to the desired time. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our members efficiently and effectively.
