In-Home Visit Qualifications: All visits must be within a 60-minute drive from Huntersville, NC. Visits can be for the whole family. In-Home Visit Process: 1. Pay for your in-home visit. 2. Cancellation Policy

Appointment and Membership Policies Appointment Cancellations: Members can cancel and reschedule their appointments as needed. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all members, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. To help us process your cancellation smoothly, we request a 30-day written notice before your intended cancellation date. This ensures that we can finalize any necessary administrative tasks and provide a seamless transition. Scheduling: As a valued member, you have the advantage of scheduling appointments up to 2 weeks in advance. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience in planning your healthcare needs. Please note that the latest an appointment can be booked is 24 hours prior to the desired time. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our members efficiently and effectively.
