One-Time Medication Refill Service (For non-members) Service Description: Our one-time medication refill service is designed to provide a convenient and efficient solution for patients in need of a quick refill of their existing prescriptions. This service is ideal for those who require a temporary refill before their next scheduled appointment or for unforeseen circumstances when an immediate refill is necessary. Who Can Benefit: Patients running low on their current medication Individuals who need a refill before an upcoming travel Those who have missed their regular follow-up appointment Anyone needing a refill due to an unexpected delay in seeing their primary care provider Eligibility: This service is available to non-members who have previously been prescribed a medication by a licensed healthcare provider. The medication must be a part of the patient’s existing treatment plan. Process: 1. Purchase the service. 2. Kaitlyn will reach out to you via phone to get information needed for script. 3. Your script will be sent to your pharmacy. Consultation: A brief consultation may be conducted via phone to confirm the necessity and appropriateness of the refill. Any potential interactions, side effects, and instructions for use will be reviewed. Approval: Upon approval, the prescription refill will be sent to your preferred pharmacy. You will be notified once the refill is available for pick-up. Important Considerations: This service is intended for non-controlled medications. Controlled substances require a more comprehensive evaluation and may not be eligible for a one-time refill. Patients are encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment for a full review of their medication needs and overall health status.


Cancellation Policy

Appointment and Membership Policies Appointment Cancellations: Members can cancel and reschedule their appointments as needed. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all members, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Membership Cancellations: We value your membership and understand that circumstances may change. Members have the freedom to cancel their memberships at any time. To help us process your cancellation smoothly, we request a 30-day written notice before your intended cancellation date. This ensures that we can finalize any necessary administrative tasks and provide a seamless transition. Scheduling: As a valued member, you have the advantage of scheduling appointments up to 2 weeks in advance. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience in planning your healthcare needs. Please note that the latest an appointment can be booked is 24 hours prior to the desired time. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our members efficiently and effectively.
