The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-informed listening program that uses proprietary filtered music designed to support nervous system regulation, stress resilience, sensory processing, and connection. When the nervous system is continually exposed to stress, it can affect sleep, digestion, mood, focus, energy, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. SSP provides a gentle, structured approach to helping the nervous system build greater capacity to respond to stress. SSP can support both children and adults, including individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, attention difficulties, neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, trauma, PANS/PANDAS, and other nervous system-related challenges. Our Guided SSP Process Intake Form Review – We review your history, goals, and individual needs. Personalized Protocol – Your listening progression is tailored to your response and tolerance. Complete SSP Core Program – One complete Core program with personalized provider guidance and support. Ongoing Support – Guidance and support through text and email. Repeat Core Access – The option to repeat SSP Core when appropriate and recommended by your SSP Provider. Optional SSP Balance – Continue your nervous system restoration journey with ongoing access to SSP Balance for $49/month. SSP Program Options Individual — $199 Couple — $299 Family (3–6 members) — $459 Your Nervous System Is Worth Investing In: Nervous system regulation is not necessarily something that happens overnight. SSP is designed to be introduced gradually and consistently, giving your nervous system time to adapt and respond at its own pace. Our goal isn't simply to help you feel better for a few days. It's to help you develop greater awareness, regulation, and resilience that you can carry into everyday life.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment and Membership Policies Appointment Cancellations: Members can cancel and reschedule their appointments as needed. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all members, please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Membership Cancellations: We value your membership and understand that circumstances may change. Members have the freedom to cancel their memberships anytime after the 6 month commitment for family DPC memberships . To help us process your cancellation smoothly, we request a 30-day written notice before your intended cancellation date. This ensures that we can finalize any necessary administrative tasks and provide a seamless transition. Scheduling: As a valued member, you have the advantage of scheduling appointments up to 4 weeks in advance. This allows for greater flexibility and convenience in planning your healthcare needs. Please note that the latest an appointment can be booked is 24 hours prior to the desired time. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all our members efficiently and effectively.
