The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening program that uses specially filtered music to support nervous system regulation through stimulation of the vagus nerve. When the body is stuck in a chronic stress response, it can impact sleep, digestion, mood, focus, energy, immune function, and overall well-being. SSP helps the nervous system shift from a state of stress and survival into a state of safety, connection, and resilience. Our Guided SSP Process -Intake form review -Personalized protocol -SSP Core (Main Program) is the foundational Safe and Sound Protocol listening program designed to help regulate the nervous system, improve vagal tone, and support a shift toward greater safety, calm, and social engagement. It is typically used as the initial structured listening sequence. -SSP Balance (Ongoing Support) is the maintenance phase that follows SSP Core. It provides continued nervous system support to help sustain progress, reinforce regulation skills, and offer periodic “reset” listening to keep the system balanced over time. -Ongoing text/email support -Repeat listening recommendations when appropriate SSP Membership Options Individual: $199 activation & setup fee + $69/month Couple: $299 activation & setup fee + $99/month Family (3-6 family members): $499 activation & setup fee + $129/month ***Program Commitment & Cancellation Policy*** This program requires a minimum 3-month commitment at enrollment to support optimal nervous system regulation and allow adequate time for meaningful results. Nervous system change is gradual, and consistent participation is important for lasting benefit. You may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle.
